It’s an exciting day for the Altario Agriculture Academy as we began the process of securing our very own purebred Charolais herd!

Students Danna and Maddie, our cow managers, oversaw the flushing of purebred Charolais cow “Matilda”. Her eggs will be combined with the semen of purebred bull Estrada and these embryos will be transplanted into some host cows with anticipated calving in early January 2025!
