The Hive
Welcome to 'The Hive'. We hope that community members will find The Hive a great place to come and have coffee. Along with selling produce grown from the Growcer, we will also be selling eggs and meat raised at the school farm along with products made by our students. Part of the store will be made available for community members to sell their own items.

Just like all the farmers in our area the lack of moisture resulted in us having no garden products to sell. We had planted corn in the spring in hopes of sell it along with the rest of the garden. When we returned to school in September we got to see what the results of no rain and very hot temperatures did to our plans to sell fresh farm products.

This year the high school students are developing an online store. We started in September by selling the vegetables we produced from the school garden. Eggs were next on the list as the students collect eggs everyday and sold them online in their retail store.

Turkeys will be ready for Christmas and last week advanced sales were advertised in the retail store with almost of them sold already.
